I relocated to California to pursue my doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy with no plans of leaving the West Coast. However, on Saturdays during the fall you can find me watching Nebraska football! Go Huskers! I have 12 years of experience working with children and teens. I assisted teens with emotional regulation, ADHD, anxiety, depression, school issues, and life transitions, however, a population that I am passionate about is LGBTQ+ plus teens. I wrote my dissertation on transgender children and have clinical experience with transgender and non-binary teens. It is important to be their voices and experiences are heard and validated. In my free time, I enjoy running, cooking, and hanging out with pets. I just adopted a bunny!
