Hello! My name is Louise Cerna and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. For the last 9 years, I have had the privilege of working with children, teens, and families. For the last 4 years, I have worked at a school district providing mental health services to students and psychoeducation to families and staff. On my spare time, I love spending time with my family, traveling, and reading. I specialize in working with children, teens, and families. I identify mental health issues and provide services that meet the client’s needs using Cognitive Behavioral Modalities, Attachment Interventions, Play and Art Therapy, Strength Based Approach, and Solution Focus. Taking the first step in generating change in your life takes courage. Issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, stress, parenting, relationship issues, and finding meaning may be common, however, they present uniquely in everyone. I welcome you and extend my empathy and a non-judgmental approach to explore and develop a plan that will guide you in your journey toward healing.
