Welcome and hello! I am Susan Kehoe-Jergens, M.A., LMFT. In becoming a Therapist over the past 25 years, I have been given the lifelong gift of helping people see themselves as divine, unique, beautiful and loved. My first mentor Melva Newman, LICSW used to say, "This is our inherent birthright on this magnificent planet!" I just love this! I have learned this with the help of some great teachers, supervisors, my own therapists and of course through overcoming life struggles and adversities. It is corny but true that every day is a new beginning. We are the authors of our own lives and only need to learn the tools to not just survive in this life but to thrive in it! Whether you want to achieve major inner-transformations or help with achieving goals, then I congratulate you for taking the first steps here exploring Daybreak Health.
